Everything we bake is naturally leavened with sourdough. We only use fresh ingredients with unbleached, unenriched flour. No exceptions.

Sourdough Loaf

Focaccia
$9Pillowy, olive oil-rich, and naturally leavened with our house sourdough starter. Topped with flaky sea salt and fresh rosemary. Each batch is hand-dimpled and baked until golden.

Seasonal Mini Loaf
$8A small-batch loaf that changes with the seasons. We use our sourdough starter as the base and fold in whatever seasonal, local ingredients inspire us that month. Every batch is a little different — that's the point.
