Strawberry Loaf Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting
This month we're baking mini strawberry loaf cakes topped with a smooth cream cheese frosting. Fresh strawberries are folded into our naturally leavened batter, giving each loaf a tender crumb with bursts of berry sweetness. Finished with a generous swirl of tangy cream cheese frosting on top.
Ingredients
Unbleached unenriched flour, water, salt, sourdough starter, fresh strawberries, sugar, butter, cream cheese, vanilla.
Contains wheat (gluten), dairy.
